1. Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to the DreamPaw AI mobile application, website, and related support services (together, the “Service”). “DreamPaw AI,” “we,” and “us” refer to the team operating the Service. For privacy questions or requests, contact the email listed at the end of this policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to provide, secure, and support the Service. The exact information depends on the features you use.

• Account information: the identifier, email address, display name, profile image, and sign-in provider details made available through Apple, Google, or Firebase Authentication.
• Pet and creative content: pet names, species, gender, profile photos, reference images, prompts, captions, generated images and videos, and related creation settings.
• Purchases and entitlements: product identifiers, store transaction or purchase tokens, order status, subscription status, and pawprint balance records. We do not receive or store full payment-card details.
• Device and service data: app version, operating system, device locale, session and notification tokens, network and security logs, feature interactions, and diagnostic data when you consent to analytics or crash reporting.
• Support information: feedback text, attachments, contact details, and our replies when you ask for help.

3. Device permissions

DreamPaw AI may request access to photos or the camera when you choose media for a pet profile, a creation, or feedback. Notification permission is requested so the app can tell you when work is ready. You can deny or later change these permissions in system settings; unavailable permissions may limit the related feature but do not grant us access to unrelated device content.

4. How we use information

We use information to perform the Service you request, maintain account security, process store purchases, deliver and store creations, answer support requests, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability. Optional analytics and crash reporting are enabled only after your consent and can be changed in the app settings.

5. Service providers and processing locations

We use specialist providers to operate the Service. These may process information in countries other than your own, subject to contractual, technical, and legal safeguards appropriate to the service.

• Google Firebase for authentication and, when enabled or permitted, analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration, and cloud messaging.
• Apple and Google for sign-in, app distribution, in-app purchases, subscriptions, and store transaction verification.
• Tencent Cloud infrastructure for private object storage, content delivery, and related security controls.
• Cognme GenAI Gateway and contracted generation providers for processing the references and instructions required to produce an image or video.

6. When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers acting for us, with app stores or authorities when required to complete a transaction or comply with law, to protect users and the Service from harm, or as part of a business reorganization with appropriate safeguards. Your pet photos and creations are not placed in a public feed by default.

7. Retention and account deletion

We keep account and creative content while your account is active and as needed to deliver the Service. Purchase, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal records may be retained for the period required by applicable law or legitimate operational needs. When you permanently delete an account, access is disabled, all sessions and notification tokens are revoked, and the same Apple or Google identity cannot register again. A minimal account tombstone and records that must be retained for legal, transaction, security, or integrity reasons may remain. Contact us to request erasure of associated personal media or other data not required to be retained.

8. Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, private media storage, time-limited access links, environment separation, and monitoring intended to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security, so please use a trusted device and report suspected account misuse promptly.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, or to withdraw consent. You can update supported profile and privacy choices in the app, permanently delete your account from the Me screen, or contact us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

10. Children

DreamPaw AI is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page, and material changes may also be communicated in the app.
