Delete your DreamPaw AI account
Signed-in users can permanently disable and delete account access directly in the app. This page explains the steps, immediate effects, and records that may be retained.

Deletion is permanent
All sessions are revoked, remaining pawprints and membership access are lost, and creations can no longer be accessed through the account. The same Apple or Google identity cannot register or sign in again.
Delete in the app

Open DreamPaw AI and sign in
Use the Apple or Google identity connected to the account you want to delete.

Open Me
Tap Me in the bottom navigation to open your profile and account controls.

Choose Delete account
In the Account section, select Delete account and review the permanent effects.

Confirm permanent deletion
Confirm the destructive action. DreamPaw AI revokes every active session and unregisters notification tokens.
What happens immediately
- The account is permanently marked deleted and cannot sign in again.
- All DreamPaw AI sessions and registered push-notification tokens are revoked.
- Pawprints, membership access, pet profiles, and creations are no longer accessible through the account.
What may be retained
- A minimal identity and deletion marker used to prevent the same Apple or Google identity from registering again.
- Purchase, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records for the period required by law or legitimate operational needs.
- De-identified or aggregated information that no longer identifies you.
Email support
Request associated data erasure
For an erasure request covering associated personal media or other data not required to be retained, email support from the address connected to your account and include the eight-character user ID shown in DreamPaw AI. We may ask for limited additional information to verify the request.
Never include a password, Apple or Google credential, store receipt secret, or full payment-card number.
